With a little bit of people skills you can develop a nice relationship with your care provider, some of it starts with getting to know the receptionist, or at least treating them with respect. In general just be a nice person and you will get good care. If you come in barking orders and are difficult to deal with you'll have a bad experience anywhere. Just answer their questions honestly, and they find out whats wrong. There is a process at the doctors like any business and they have to follow it, just because you went to webmd and looked something up doesn't mean that is the issue and the doctors should just skips of a bunch of questions and steps, that is how law suits happen. I don't know I haven't had a bad experience there and my family and myself have been going for 3 years....

tried to make an appointment only to find i had trouble finding office hours on the website and when i did find office hours , they were closed on friday. can u spell USELESS?
