Talked to three females (Nicole athletic trainer, Mary receptionist, and another receptionist) and all three were extremely grouchy, rude, snarky, and showed absolutely no care or compassion for me as a patient, or as a human being for that matter. All three were irritated that I was calling and asking questions. The combination of these three cantankerous girls completely ruined my experience as a patient. Truly disappointing to know that UW Health hires people like this.

The ONLY reason I didn't rate this place 1 star (I almost did because of my horrible experience mentioned above) is because one of the Sports Medicine doctors, Dr. Brooks, kindly agreed to squeeze me in to her schedule the very next day since my case was urgent. She was very professional and kind, and the athletic trainer Ethan who worked with her was equally kind and nice.
