All of our children are patients of Dr. Allen. We absolutely love her! She listens with an open mind, very respectful and a real expert at what she does. Every time we see her, she makes us feel absolutely cared for, comfortable and at home. The nurses, MAs and office staff are friendly and helpful. I am so glad we found her and would be very sad if we ever had to find a new Dr for our kids. We enjoy coming to pediatrics here!

Shorter than advertised wait even with a full waiting room. Very patient and inquisitive doctor that really wanted to get to the bottom of my problem. Very capable and friendly staff. Only bummer is the interior is old and depressing.

The doctors and nurses are rude and disrespectful here never in my entire life have I met someone as snobby and petty as Gail Allen. She comes across as a snob who doesn't care about her job in the slightest and is a total brat. Never see her!!! Or even go to this clinic the waiting room is crammed and the wait time is horrible hopefully going to a new clinic soon to see people who acually care about my fear of directors and my health in general. Is there a way I can rate less than one star?

I went in to the Urgent Care clinic even though I probably shouldn't have been driving... I got so horribly sick that I was weak and bed ridden. I was greeted by kind receptionists. I was told it may be up to 2 hours wait, so I laid in the back seat of my vehicle to wait because I was too weak to sit up (Hence, why I went to Urgent Care...) but got a call to come in just 1 hour later! I finally got in to my appointment, and the nurse did protocol questions, blood pressure and temperature checks, and a quick Strep test. The doctor, however, was completely negligent. She came in, heard my wheezing from my lungs, and asked about my symptoms. I told her it started as a sore throat, then progressed to all over body aches, head aches, I'm weak, can't eat, just overall super sick. She mentioned no Strep... She said she would prescribe me a mouthwash with lidocaine for the sore throat; but that was just the onset symptom! Then she had asked if I had asthma or an inhaler, and I had mentioned that I never knew of any asthma, but my breathing became constricted at night. She sent me off and told me to go home and take ibuprofen. I stopped at the pharmacy upstairs just to make sure the prescription for the inhaler we talked about was put through because at this point I don't need a mouthwash. She didn't even do that. So, I had to drag my weak body back downstairs and ask Dr. Malik to send a prescription for the inhaler. No, Ibuprofen DID NOT HELP ME SLEEP. I am still sick 5 days later, and I will be seeing another doctor that actually cares about patients. UW sends statistics of respiratory illness in newsletters, and this doctor didn't even care to diagnose what was wrong so clearly those statistics are off. I can bet you she sent the $300-$400 bill to my insurance though, even though she didn't do her job. I'm livid and I refuse to go to that clinic again. I called the next day to ask to talk to a nurse in the department that I was seen, and for some reason this time the receptionist was somewhat rude and said to contact my primary. I told her I was just seen there yesterday! I got a call back from a nurse, he was really kind but all he said was to tag team ibuprofen and Aleve. The over the counter drugs were NOT working. If I can fix it myself I would! The whole reason I came to the clinic was for help. I have never felt so disregarded at a doctors office in my life.

Went in on a Wednesday at lunch time expecting there to be a rush. Got my lab in 2 minutes and was seen by a nurse and physician immediately after my lab sample was collected. In and out in under 20 minutes. Nurses and physician were really nice and understood my needs immediately.
