Going to the VN Nails was the worst experience ever for me at a nail salon. 
From the moment I walked in I was rush to make a quick decision, taken back and was told to get in the chair, where immediately my pedicure was started. I was not given the prices and by the time I found out what the price was for a pedicure I couldn't back out it would be classless to do so, because they were half way thru the pedicure, so I let them do the pedicure from hell. the chairs are wonderful by the way, unfortunately I only sat on that chair for about 10 minutes so I couldn't enjoy it as I enjoy other salons that take a little bit longer doing a pedicure. The gentleman was super cool and talkative, his wife was the opposite, wvery cold, rude and gave me a nasty look and the manicure was just bad. Didn't push my cuticles and barely file my nails.

Went to this place many times and had an okay experience.  The last time I went was when I asked for a mani/pedi and in between the 2 services I had to wait for 30 minutes while they worked on someone else just so they would not leave.  Well I left instead.  I was there first and should not have to wait so they can earn more money.  Nothing is more frustrating when a nail place talks on the phone during your services and also makes you wait in between your services so they can help someone else.  Hope they read this I know they are knew and have a lot to learn.
