The doctors, nurses, custodians, technicians, etc., on the 3 floor east ICU were all wonderful on taking care of my uncle in his last days on earth. Just wanted to say "Thank You" from the bottom of my heart, to all the staff in the Intermediate Care Unit on 11-10-17 and 11-15-17. My uncle Tony Crespo was there and he was very well taken care of. Your an awesome staff and that includes the nurses. Keep up the good work! Sincerely Angel C.

Place continues to get better with service. Parking is still an issue. recommend to take a shuttle to avoid playing musical parking spots

I was recently in the emergency room and then admitted for two days. Excellent care. The emergency attending physician and the nurses (Mark attending nurse, Bill triage nurse and John assisting nurse) were excellent. My interaction with these three nurses in the ER have always been excellent. I was on floor 5W (step down unit) room 69. I was diagnosed as being in A Fib. I was in isolation because I tested positive for Mersa. The nurses (best I can remember were Pattie, Fay, JoJo, others I can't name) were extremely caring and professional. I have not been to any other VA hospital but I have to say this is the best hospital, VA or private. Thank you for your excellent care recently and in the past 7 years.

After waiting almost 4 months for an ultrasound , 3 hours before my appointment they called me to cancel I called them back and they told me 2 techs called out sick ,anyway they let me keep my appointment ,I went there and waited 3 hours and after all that time they kept bumping me for other patients .THEY KEPT TELLING ME I WAS NEXT EVEN THO THEY KEPT PUTTING OTHER PEOPLE AHEAD OF ME.I finally decided to cut my loses and went home without my ultrasound .I drove 45 miles there and 45 miles back for nothing .THE PEOPLE IN CHARGE OF THAT DEPT SHOULD BE FIRED.
