Wish I could give them negative stars. They cause so much frustration and are highly unprofessional. Multiple doctors here laughed in my face for asking for a tubal and then told me I was stupid when I ended up pregnant on the pill...again. I took them properly I assure you but this group could care less about any bedside manner. They wouldn't know what nice was if it hit them straight in the face. Horrible place. Do not go here if you value being listened to.

This place should be shut down!!! The worst OBGYNs I have ever seen. Very uneducated very ignorant and rude. The staff don't care very cold and not friendly . I will never step foot in this office again or any womens health Connecticut office all horrible.

The office staff is useless ! I try contacting them 4 times and left messages just to get the generic brand of a birth control bc the dr prescribed me a birth control My insurance didn’t cover. And it’s been about 2 weeks without a birth control . The front desk staff are just rude ! The medical assistants are great 👍🏼

I Went for my annual checkup at the beginning of 2017. I was under a doctor's care in this group for almost 20 years. In June, I received a letter from my doctor letting me know he was leaving and he referred me to another doctor in the group. I then Received a letter in August that stated they were withdrawing from further professional care for me. No explanation, no nothing.

Gave me a false positive for an STD. Doctor was rude and flat out mean when I told her it had to be a mistake, even after I told her I retested elsewhere. Told office never to contact me again. Still on their email list two years later because they require you to call the office to unsubscribe and each time I've tried I've been on hold for 30 minutes before giving up. Most unprofessional doctors office I have ever been to.
