There is no one else to go through for a home loan. Especially a VA loan. Jared is one of those financial magicians. His hard work and dedication have made two successfully transactions over the years. He is sincere and honest but can be firm to get the job done correctly. Jared demonstrates his knowledge, experience, and professionalism throughout the entire homeownership process. As a first time home owner, I had numerous questions and concerns. Jared was available whenever I needed him and ensured I was well-informed during every step of the process. Jared is the best! We were not sure that we could qualify for a mortgage yet, and Jared worked TIRELESSLY to make it happen. He came up with multiple strategies to make us fit the qualifications, and it worked because WE BOUGHT A HOUSE! Jared was great to work with, extremely knowledgeable, and always accessible. If I ever had a question (which happened frequently!), Jared had the answer, usually within minutes. He guided us through the whole process, step by step, and made sure we understood what was happening at all times. I seriously cannot recommend him enough!

My wife and I had the pleasure of working with Jared Helbig on the purchase of our first home. Jared was incredibly professional, courteous and worked tirelessly to structure the best outcome for my family. Cannot speak more highly of Jared and I look forward to working with him for more mortgage needs over time! I wish I could give him more than 5 stars!!
