Do NOT finace a car or anything from this company! Im trying to figure out how to post my documents for proff that this place gets OVER! I paid my car got my money order receipts they repoed my car, called them they said i didnt make a payment called with the recepits that i paid JULY 15th they said they have to email a supervisor i asked to speak to one they continued to ask why before even transferring me over to one everytime i called. Left a voice mail when they finally transferred me never got a call back. I went to the office in clackmas they said they only peocessed payments and sent it over to the big people, i asked if she ckuld call them and see if she could request a supervisor the lady on the phone said why and what is she doing there and no she cant speak with a supervisor and requested to speak with me i asked why am i not allowed to speak with someone higher then her she said no body was avaliable. I told hee i would call everyday until i spoke with one got on the phone with a supervisor the next day she said i have at least 20 phone calls a day to get back to on a daily will i called a week ago and im just now speaking with someone? I told her im recording the conversation because the lies they have been telling me the whole time ive been calling she ssid i dont wish tonbe recorded okay i told her i dont wish to be recorded and she says ok this call is being disconnected and hung up only reason i wanted to record the conversation is because they dont listened to the recordings they document conversations and say im looking at the notes amd which on serveral occasions the same peeson who picks up the phone but uses a diffrent name like she did acting like a supervisor lied in her notes! They claim my money order got appilied to someone in my house account which is not true because the money order place and had them email me the money order that they cashed and they put anpther persons account number on it whitch was not mine or anyones and the house account number. DO NOT TRUST THIS FINANCE company! They didnt applogize when i call theyre rude eveytime i call! They finally applied the money to my account after FIVE days and didnt pay my account they applied it to the repo fee because of thier mistake! Avoid them if posible worst place i promise you! A customer was in the office when i went in there with my documents told me not to payband let them pay your car off because theyre wrong but im a single mom whos kid have medical issues and i need my car to travel her around..

Their interest rates are ridiculous and their hard to deal with, I currently have a car financed with them and I tried to give it back 2 weeks after having the car because the carlot lied about a few crucial details and they refused to take it. Now I'm being charged more money then I agreed to pay.....

Have never dealt with a finance company more unfeeling, uncaring, non-understanding and difficult to deal with. I dislike this company intently.

Absolutely great company. My sister is financing a car with them and they are very friendly and flexible. Great location near Clackamas Town Center and they don't give you the run around like other banks. My sister filed bankruptcy and they were willing to work with her and get her back on her feet. Now she has her own house and in the process of getting a brand new car. Thanks guys.

Lobel financial is awesome, working with them is easy and fast, their staff is always ready and happy to help, the personal attention you get from them is like no other, I would definitely recommend Lobel to my friends and family.
