This is the location that sends out Veteran's Decision Ratings.  However, the bleeding heart liberal state still refuses to treat Veterans better than those there illegally.  I had a decision rating go from 60% to 10% because my examiner lacked the appropriate questions to ask, or the capacity to get an accurate and detailed medical history.  I met the criteria for a 30% decision rating, but the nurse practitioner omitted information given to her.
