I've been a regular patron for many years. They're the most consistently good car wash in this Valley. Recently, I took in my car to get it ready for a lease return. I paid $55 for the wash along with them polishing the hood and rear bumper which both had scratches. Afterwards, I was amazed by the results. There were no longer any scratches visible. I will continue to support this business for years to come.

Car was and an oil change for 40 bucks. I love it. Only went there once, but had zero issues. Seems getting there early is a must, the place fills up quicker than quick.

They apply great detail in making sure every crease is clean inside of car. Car feels like new everytime!

On a very honest lever they are scam artist I have gone twice to this place now one with my 2001 TOYOTA Mr2 spider went for a simple oil change and left with no oil in my car and low tranny fluid ending up messing up my engine. The second time it was with my girls TOYOTA Corolla 2015 again went for a simple oil change and left with a missing transmission plug and no tranny fluid in my car again messing up my tranny we confronted the manager by the name of ED I believe about the situation and he stated there was nothing he could do about the missing part to my car after the fact of it being removed when it was being serviced for an oil change. I am beyond mad because a simple plug now cost me 500 dollars to fix including the damages to the vehicles transmission

I don't tend to review a business unless my experience was extreme...either positive or negative.

In fact, I mostly just report positive experiences, because that is my preference.

This place was truly awful. I had a tiny bit of of chocolate on the back seat of my Audi...didn't have time to go home and clean it myself, and thought that I would just pay extra and do an interior wash. I asked Sam, the manager, what package would get the chocolate wiped away. He put me on a $40 interior wash.

When my guy called me over, I found that the chocolate was untouched...and leather solution was smeared on seat around it. I asked him to get that one tiny spot, and he responded it wasn't part of my package...that leather treatment was the only included component. I asked if I could borrow a rag. He pointed to a stack of dirty rags. I grabbed one and took care of the tiny spot. Then I rubbed the leather goop into the seats, so it wouldn't get all over clothes.

Then as I opened my trunk, I noticed no vacuuming had been accomplished. I drove car back to front, told Sam of the issue. He said they don't vacuum trunks unless specifically requested by customer. I then proceeded to vacuum my own trunk using an empty bay, and noticed they hadn't vacuumed any of the vehicle.

Then when I returned home, I noticed that my windshield was cracked in lower driver corner...hot day in a rough car wash...bummer.

I just spoke with Sam and Ed (owner maybe?) I was trying to be a friendly neighbor and give them an opportunity to recognize a need for change. They both assured me that they are the best outfit around and made excuses for every concern I had from vacuum issue to interior cleaning issue, stating that no one should even read online reviews. And they said that the detailers don't speak english, so no one can be blamed. When I said I spoke Spanish with my detailer, they just grunted. Ed and Sam do not speak Spanish...I got the impression that they don't respect their own employees:(

I was disappointed.
