Went here for the first time today for pastries after hearing positive things about them. I paid $16.02 for three pastries and all three were stale. It was the driest cupcake and tiara misu I've ever had. There was barely anything in the bakery case and the woman behind the counter didn't have much of a clue about the pastries. While being rung up, there were several pizzas in a warming case on the counter that looked like they had been there for a few hours. I definitely won't be back.

The food here is passable, but the price is through the roof. The place that was where this store is now (sky market) was much more useful as a convince store.

I placed my order and was told 20 minutes for pick up. I went there 30 minutes later and my order was not ready. They had nothing in their system. They looked through a bunch of papers on the countertop and found it. I was apologized to and told they had a rush and were very busy. There was 1 other person in there when I arrived. They offered me a fountain soda as an apology. It took another 30 minutes for my food. I got home and I had ordered 2 steak and cheese calzones with salami. The calzones were 95% cheese with literally 4 pieces of steak and salami. I was not happy spending $55.00 for terrible service and horrible food. Very disappointing!!

The service at the place is horrible, the same thing has happened on multiple occasions. You order something and they tell you it will be ready in 15 minutes. You show up to find out that they have not even started making your pizza or in one case they had given my pizza to someone else. If it was once or twice I would give them another chance, but now I'm just getting my pizza from a more reliable place.
