remember this is near the marina so at night it's going to be consistently cold it's nice design but expect a freeze at night at least they have a customer service to help during the day only

They don’t take transfers at all.. this can be really inconvenient for those who don’t know.
They might be the only form of public transportation in the whole entire Bay Area with this policy. 

But for the most part they are on schedule consistently. The Drivers are cool too

Communication could be more customer oriented or helpful between drivers, staff & Patrons. I saw this lady getting money for her fare & an empty bus leave her as she chased after the 80 bus. The staff could have call the bus & kindly ask them to wait.

Half the time the 1 or 80 don't show .
Every morning I am at the bus stop I praying that the bus will show up. When it do I am surprised that it did.
They really needs to extend the bus services 
in the evening. For the last bus to stop at 7:30 
is ridiculous.

This is the most incompetent and unreliable bus system I have ever experienced in my 8 years of living in Vallejo! If a driver calls off, your bus calls off because they won't have anyone to replace the driver! I work in San Francisco and half of the time is late for work because my bus(es) did not show up! SolTrans need to be sued for lost wages passengers are losing because of their incompetence!
