It is nice to have the option to bus to BART but this new policy of expiring 10 pass rides could have only been implemented to extort money from its riders. When they first had riders trade in the red passes for the brownish-orange passes, I lost 3 10 pass tickets because I heard about it from a rider. I did not see a post on the bus. Now I have been sick for a while and my browning-orange passes have expired - four + of them. For me the flexibility of having the bus to BART as an option is starting to be outweighed by the financial ripoff.
