I moved here in July 4th it's great I really like it the area I chose to move into looks clean. I did find dead roaches when I moved in but haven't seen anymore you just have to be smart go to lowes or Home Depot and buy an insect control spray and spray every other week. Also I wish there was signs for people to clean up after their dogs. I don't like waking up in morning to walk out my home and step in a dog  poop from my neighbors dog that is my only complaint I wish management can do something about it but for now I put up my own small sign but it's really not helping.

Front office staff is very rude. Rent was never the same each month. One min its $645 and the next month its $1020. No consistency and maintenance do a half ass job on everything. Oh and maintenance man kept coming in my home while I was not home setting my alarm off. Don't move here!!!

This community....The atmosphere is comfortable, peaceful and clean!! The Community Manager Mrs. Clarine and Assistant Manager Mrs. Ilka ,  were very professional and polite. I searched long and hard  prior to moving here, where the management turned me off. But when I stopped here, everything was a green light for me!!   Very Clean, No bugs or rodents . I fell in love with the 1st home I walked through.  Maintenance  Mr. Pablo,  Mr. Thomas and Mr. Sergio are on point and very friendly as well. The neighbors and children are nice and respectful as we all keep to ourselves..  Great Community to live in!!

I moved  in Wednesday and moved out Friday. This place is full of Roaches. The Spanish Lady is awesome, The other Black Lady  was  very disrespectful and full of attitude. She kept trying to talk down to me. Because I could not live in the mobile home because of the Roaches Infestation. She said IT IS Normal to have ROACHES!!!  . . . ON TOP OF That I talked to the people in the community. They said the people here are fine but they also have a ROACH INFESTATION and the front . All they do is have Pest Control on Thursday. 

I don't know what kind of people would live with roaches in their  homes. IF YOU ARE FINE WITH LIVING WITH ROACHES AS YOUR PET.  THEN THIS IS A PLACE FOR YOU.  MOVE TO VALLEY BROOK, They don't answer there phone. You have to go to the front office.
