Nice place,but make shore u get the code number for bathhouse to get in. They didn't give it to us, we had to got back to office the next day to get. They were closed

It took several phone calls to reach a human. Great location off 85. Bathrooms were in fair condition. Make sure you get the bathroom code when you register.

DO NOT STAY IN THIS HELLHOLE. OWNED BY SLUMLORDS AND IT SHOWS. THIS DUMP IS FULL OF GANGS, DRUGS AND CRIME. THE WATER IS THE NASTIEST WELL WATER ON EARTH...FULL OF MUD, RUST AND LIME...IT WILL DESTROY YOUR RV PLUMBING. THIS PLACE HAS ZERO AMENITIES AND THE LAUNDRY MACHINES WILL DESTROY YOUR CLOTHES!! THE PLACE IS CRAWLING WITH GERMAN COCKROACHES WHICH WILL GET INTO YOUR RIG. POORLY MAINTAINED FACILITY, FULL OF NASTY PEOPLE, WITH AN ATTACHED MOBILE HOME PARK THAT LOOKS LIKE SKID ROW. IF YOU VALUE YOUR LIFE AND PROPERTY...DO NOT STAY HERE...NOT EVEN FOR ONE NIGHT. YOU WILL REGRET IT...THAT IS IF YOU LIVE TO TELL ABOUT IT. I STAYED THERE FOR SIX MONTHS AND IT WAS A HUGE MISTAKE. DO NOT BOTHER MAKING SUGGESTIONS TO THE OWNER OR THE PUNK KID IN THE OFFICE...THEY WILL BE IGNORED. THE SLUMLORD OWNER CATERS TO ILLEGAL MEXICANS WHO ARE DESPERATE FOR CHEAP, NASTY HOUSING. THE I-85 TRAFFIC NOISE AND HELICOPTERS HOVERING OVERHEAD ARE SURE TO COMPLETE YOUR MISERABLE EXPERIENCE IN HELL.
