Great addition to the KOP area. The prices are reasonable and the on-site staff are really friendly. There are monthly membership options available that offer unlimited car washes. The free vacuums work pretty well but you might have to maneuver your seats around to get those hard to reach areas. The suction wasn’t powerful enough to remove the dirt and crumbs from in between the seat tracks. Unfortunately, there were no trash cans around and I could see that a lot of customers were looking to throw away stuff from their cars. The lines can be long but it moves quickly.

Does a nice job for $15. Just bring a few soft rags to touch up windows and water drips. Other than that it’s was pretty good. Does a very good job on the undercarriage getting all the salt off from the last storm. Only time I will use an automatic car wash.

I have been going to this car wash since it opened and I couldn't be more pleased with the service and staff. Genuine, good people are at the head of this establishment and I'm a king of Prussia resident of 35 years who will never go elsewhere. About 2 months ago the antenna on the top of my car was lost in the wash, causing my radio to stop working. The manager and owner could not have been more helpful or sincere. They paid for a new antennae AND the labor cost. A solid move...rarely seen in this town anymore. Weekly customer for life!

The system had issue. Keep getting the wrong basic wash instead of what I've paid. Customer services is great, the lady give a free wash due to the issue. Maybe because of the basic wash, my car was not completely clean. There's free vacuum at the back for you to use after the was.

I washed my car at this location for the first time on Monday 02/26/2018 and I am regretting it. I just purchased a 2018 Honda Accord and have only had the car for 3 weeks. When my car was done running through the wash I noticed scratches all over my hood. A report was taken by the manager and I am waiting to see if they will rectify the issue. Needless to say I will never go there again!
