The best thing about this car wash is that it’s the only convenient one around, and that isn’t saying much! I come here a couple of times a year and my car never comes out completely clean. The front and the back are always still dirty and require additional hand wiping if I want them to be totally clean. 

Another disappointing aspect of my experiences here is the vacuum. It’s wonderful that it’s included with the car wash, but valueless when there is not enough suction to actually clean anything. Today, the vacuum wouldn’t even pick up leaves or Cheerios out of the car. Honestly, the biggest reason I go to car washes is clean out the inside of the car. Today, I had to leave with the inside still dirty because the vacuum just wasn’t doing the job. I asked the car next to me and he had no suction either! I understand that when it’s busy we all are sharing, but if you’re going to have that many vacuums available, they should ALL be able to work appropriately. 
Today’s visit was more disappointing than usual. I’m sad that I wasted $8!

This is  by far one of the best car washes in Columbus.  I use the Henderson location often.  Excellent service.  I had an issue last time through and the manager emailed me back same day and made it right.  Well done Moo Moo.

Went here 2/26/2018. Great experience! Purchased Fat Free wash, but the back of my car wasn't fully clean. I pulled in the Vacuum area (Which are also fantastic!) and asked if I could take me car in through a second time. To my surprise they  actually upgraded the wash to the Creme de la Creme wash free of charge. This was a great gesture! The gentleman even took a microfiber towel and cleaned the back before the car went into the wash. Great experience. If corporate is reading please give my sincerest thanks to the employees working at 6PM on 2/26/18. They were great!! - Sincerely, the guy with the White Acura TSX.
