The doctor (preciosa castillejo)I saw recommended i stop nursing my 12 month old baby so I can take an oral prescription for an yeast infection!! I couldn’t believe she ask me if it was possible for me to stop because “he’s now one and maybe it was a good time to stop now!!”😤😡😱 she had very little knowledge about everything! Very unprofessional and disrespectful to add to that! I ended up taking Monistat because it was a safe choice for me while nursing!

The dr.'s suck ,in the mental health department ,and look for reasons to cut off your income ( another working for the state ,not the pateint ) .will also refuse to help you look for another " outside the hospital " type Dr. (Such as a private Dr. ) ,They also post on your pill refills sheet " marijuana abuse & use " even if you show them or they know you have a pot card ( California state law prop. 215 )

minutes on hold to make an appointment and im still waiting hell no we are gonna have issues this is not what im expecting when i am paying taxes for a horrible service like this

Absolutely horrible customer service. My wife visited here for an annual women's wellness exam (covered by our insurance). The doctor coded her visit as a hospital stay and we were billed for it. After countless attempts to rectify, we have still made no resolution more than a year later. We continue to call and get promises that the issue will be resolved and it does not. Even calling them is a nightmare - they are only open until 4pm during the week and to get a real person on the phone is nearly impossible. 

Strongly advise anyone looking for a new doctors office to NOT choose valley medical. Unless you live being herded like cattle.
