This was 3 weeks ago and I still feel this way. My grandparents paid for a casket. All I saw going into the ground was a fiberglass pod inside a concrete vault. I'm glad I stayed to see the final part of the burial. Then I realized what was going on. They transferred the body from the rental casket to a pod, behind a shed on the east side of the lot (literally). I know my grandparents would have paid for a real actual casket, not a pod. They (the valley of the sun director of the cemetery) said the casket which they paid for was tattered and not "up to par". He made a decision for my family without having consulted my family first. I feel the place is full of bologna. But I didn't pay for it so take it for what it is.  WATCH YOUR LOVED ONES BE BURRIED! Make sure you stay until they are fully laid to rest. Oh and I videoed this whole thing, conversation with the director and all. It's true BS

Though it's going on 3 years ago. Stephanie who worked here helped us when my son passed unexpectedly. They really did help me & even now I am considering to bury my son's urn or release but they are & always stated we are here to help. And they handled all which I needed at that moment with my world collapsing & snowballing out of control.
