Wonderful atmosphere inside the business office at this location. The women who assisted me were knowledgeable and friendly. I would highly recommend this site strictly for the customer service and the ease in which my monthly payments occurred.  I would have given five stars if the unit I rented (for about 4 months) wasn't so dirty when I removed my belongings. There were spider webs and what appeared to be some type of sawdust clippings all over my stuff. As I know this isn't the storage company's fault, it just wasn't expected on my end. I still would speak highly of this place, though!

I made a good investment choosing VALLEY STORAGE of Martinsburg for my storage needs.  I have rented from them since March and just moved all of my stuff out today.  Other than a little spotting when it rained really hard and limestone deposits formed on some of my furnishings (which came off easily), I made the right decision.  Patty, the office manager is THE BEST when it comes to customer service.  Some months I was a couple of days late with my payment because my paydate was off from the 1st of the month by a few days -- "no problem" said Patty, call me on Friday when you get paid with the credit card you want to use to make your payment ; she's the best.  If you choose VALLEY STORAGE, you won't be making the wrong move lol.

Outstanding facility. Clean, safe amd the manager running the place is extremely nice. Would recommend this site to anyone..

This is a great storage service.   Patti made the service so easy to use.   When I walked in and made my request, she provided me with the perfect solution.   The facility is safe, secure, well lit, and fenced.    Easy to use with my gate code.   She also made it easy for me when I needed to add another vehicle.   I'd use them to store my furnishings, electronics, etc.   Thumbs up!   Thanks Patti.
