Purchased a shed from this place and had one of the worst experiences ever. Not only did they not give me a set delivery date they made me call to confirm their availability to deliver the shed. Once the unit was delivered (prior to the agreed upon time as well) there was a sizable chunk out of the front of the shed. The delivery driver told my neighbor to contact the sales person. When I contacted the sales rep he stated that his boss (the owner) would need to handle this situation. Later that evening I get a call that the owner would be stopping by to look at the shed. When he arrives he doesn't even bother to say hello instead starts the conversation by saying "whats the problem?" While looking at the shed he pulls a piece of damaged wood from the shed and states that it is old damage. I re-direct his attention to the chunk missing right next to the area he had previously inspected and he then makes a comment making it seem that it was unreasonable that I expected a shed that wasn't damaged. I also asked him where the second key to my shed was at this time since they only left 1 key. He tried to say that the sheds only come to him with one key. This guy never apologized for the damage that his crew caused to the shed and wasn't even willing to compensate for or fully repair the damage. I would recommend staying away from L&H Storage and Rooster Sheds as they obviously don't care about their customers or the products they've purchased.

Despite numerous postponements on my part, due to a changing move out date, L&H was extremely patient and understanding. When my schedule finally accomodated it, they brought out the container and put it down on my driveway so it was easy to load. I ended up using two of their Lock Boxes, which are well-made and sturdy. The driver was always polite and accomodating when dropping off or picking up the Lock Boxes. These served me well as a place to store my belongings while I was leaving one house and had not yet determined when or where I might be next putting down roots. The fees are very fair for the services provided.

I would genuinely recommend L&H for any of your storage needs and the other services they provide!

Awesome service very patient with problematic customers like me. Clean place tons of choices. Overall a great experience even in the worst circumstances.
