We purchased a leather sectional couch set the month of August 2016. One of the motor powered recliners was delivered with a defective motor. It took to the end of September for them to come out and verify the motor was in fact bad, and as of 12/28/2016 the company has yet to send someone out with a replacement. We keep calling them to get answers and we have had zero luck. Next phone calls will be with the better business bureau, and corporate.

Bought furniture twice from here...it breaks down and cheaply made. Definitely not worth the money...

I'm not sure I can recommend VCF. They had a nice selection, the staff was helpful and the store was very clean. However, all of that doesn't mean much if the furniture I buy is of low quality. I purchased a couch, with a pull-out bed. I didn't have it a week and the pull-out was broken. Not only that, but it was broken in a way that severely damaged my carpet. They didn't offer, or comply with my requests to replace the carpet in that room; the best they could offer was credit for the money we spent on the couch! I'm extremely dissatisfied with VCF, and I'm not sure I'll ever return to purchase from them again!

I like the store it's that "acceptance now" loan company that i dont like. I basically paid 100 dollars more for my couch due to the hidden costs and fees. They are not willing to work with you on payments and you have to have it paid by the due date or you will be paying double for it. I will never go through this again. I will buy outright if i get anything else from VCF

Sales agents a bit overly ambitious. I felt like a fish in a shark tank when I walk into that place. We did buy furniture from there many years ago, and the furniture did last quite awhile. Not bad, just not my fav.
