Customer service was amazing I will say this. I was expecting lower prices considering it is a discount furniture store but it's around same price as Big Sandy. They do have a lot of beautiful pieces and a very huge selection. There is a clearance room which I found to be much more affordable but some of the pieces in that room are "damaged". I plan to go back here in about a week to get a living room and dining room suit and a dresser.

Loved Nicholett,in the Parkersburg W.V. store. She was awesome. She really helped me out so much. I loved the large selection of furniture and the people were so kind and patient.

I bought a couch and a lift recliner. I will never buy anything there again. I was told the couch was a sturdy couch and would hold up well with just 2 people. Less than 6 months later, cushions are flat and it's looking like an old couch. Bought the lift recliner at the same time. After 4 months it wouldn't lay back or anything. Took it to the store to have it fixed because it had a year warranty, got it back finally, had it a few days and broke again. Called the store complaining about it but they refused to send someone to the house to fix it or let us pay the difference for a new one. Never again will Value City get one penny from me.

Decent selection of sofas and bedroom sets. They always try to get you to buy the protection plan but don't fall for spending the extra $250 for a protection plan the manufacture tries to dispute once a claim is turned in.
