Thank you  very much Value City furniture for helping us.   Our sons bedroom set look beautiful!!  Delivery men are very nice and they came in good time and very fast putting it together.  Can't wait for my son to see it.  It's a surprise!!

We had purchased a sofa and loveseat set about two years ago, and along with that, the Pure Promise warranty. Then recently, our granddaughter scribbled all over the side of it with permanent marker. No problem, that's covered under the warranty. Customer service at the store helped us through the claims process, and even helped spur things along when the process was taking too long. Nobody was anticipating any problems with the claim, so we picked out a replacement sofa and chair set. After the claims technician came to our home to assess the damage (and attempt to clean it...all part of the claims procedure) we were informed that our claim was denied due to an "accumulation of stains", which is a fancy way to say "normal wear and tear". We couldn't believe it. I called customer service at the store to inform them of what happened, and they were just as shocked. They reached out to Pure Promise to get clarification and explain that the technician's report was not accurate, but no luck. We thought that was the end of the story, that we would be stuck with marker all over our couch, that we paid for a warranty that would deny legitimate claims, but we were wrong. Customer service explained our situation to the manager, and he decided to replace our furniture, just as Pure Promise was supposed to. 
I really cannot begin to express our gratitude. They went above and beyond to take care of us. Our case was rare. Even though we had a difficult experience with Pure Promise, I'm glad we had it, and I'm glad that we had the staff at Value City in our corner when things got tough.

Despite seeing some negative reviews online (mainly in regards to delivery), we decided to purchase our sectional with Value City as they had a good deal on what we were looking for. We had no problems with the ordering process, the delivery or furniture that arrived. I had brought up my concern about the reviews about deliveries and our sales rep assured us they recently switched delivery companies and the new one was doing a much better job.  I definitely recommend!

I had a delivery today Edwin and Carcamo were efficient and curious unbelievable delivery I would recommend them to anyone. When I purchased my furniture I had a great experience with customer service I would come back and recommend this store to everyone ...

Dan & Tracey were just fantastic..Like family members.  No pressure , No hyped sales pitch chit chat..  And the follow up calls to insure Quality Customer Satisfaction came just seconds before the Delivery Guys were leaving my house. Tracey called again to remind me to complete the on-line survey.  Still can't find it.. So, I gave the entire team and store a 5 Star rating. Looking to return to make additional purchases.
