I had bought furniture for my living room, a year later my dog had an accident on my ottoman. I called the warranty Co. and they came out, took pictures then 2 weeks later voided my claim. I do not recommend the warranty Co. But I do value city furniture, I called and spoke to Morgan the manager and she went to bat for me and got a new ottoman. You could not ask for a better manager, due to my experience with her I will stay a value city furniture customer.

Our couch pick up was smooth & easy. It was the only couch that I sat in years that I didn't sink so far down that I had to virtually climb out of it. It's firm, comfortable and easy to exit when it's time to get up and go.

Former worker as of 10/14/17 (today) Was hired “Full Time” and worked two days a week. Quit without notice from the terrible treatment, was constantly made to feel stupid for the staff’s lack of training. Was asked “Can you count?” When I didn’t know how to count down the drawers. Was told by my coworker that people walk out constantly due to the treatment of management. Had days “You’re running this on your own to learn” without full training. Or told “Didn’t I already teach you that?” When I was confused on matters. Wasn’t even asked tonight why I quit, was only told I wasn’t “rehireable.”  Countless other issues. Manager Victoria puts review “Great Staff” on Google Reviews about the store, when it’s far from it.  Praying the next person who replaces me is treated like a human being and doesn’t leave in less than a month. Store #75 in Fairview Heights IL
