WARNING!! Do not buy any protection plans from value city furniture. They do not stand behind their products effectively even when you pay them to do just that! The furniture I purchased was a mistake, I knew it was poorly made furniture when I bought it and thought purchasing the service protection plan would motivate them stand behind their products and sales. When the poorly made springs started poking through they told me they will fix it in 3 MONTHS. This is a hazard to my children and any guest in my house and they want to blow it off for 3 months as if the safety of my family is no concern to them. This business has no values and doesn't deserve to carry that word in their name. Waiting 3 months for any business to carry out their end of a deal is completely unacceptable to any consumer in any retail store. I would strongly advise anyone in the market for furniture to consider well made used furniture over cheaply made new furniture purchased with any protection plan. In the long run well made furniture weather it be new or used is the better way to go if you plan on keeping furniture longer than a few years.

I don't know what these reviews are talking about. Our experience was fantastic. We purchased a living room set and a dining table and chairs. Our sales person was amazing. He wasn't pushy, knew exactly what was good, and matched our life. There was an issue with the price, and the manager (forgot his name) took care of everything. If you are looking for really nice furniture and great people you should definitely shop here. Spent 1000 less than I thought I would.

Very helpful and effortless transaction that even included an exchange, when we realized a piece didn't match! Once we picked the new piece we wanted online, the necessary transactions were made through the store and new deilivery scheduled (which included taking the piece we were returning). We didn't even have to leave our home for this to happen!
