All the good reviews are by employees. This place is a joke!!

Went to pick up a item and arrived at 7:04pm and the employee told me they were closed and the management told them not to let anyone in after 7pm. I tried to explain that I work all day and this is the only time I can come in until Saturday when I'm off from work. The employee then said that there is nothing they can do for me  and call the store tomorrow morning and left. Called today, A employee picked up the phone which doesn't usually ever happen when I have called in the past-(I have done business with them before).
and after explaining my situation to her(I got no help from her either) She told me that if I didn't want to lose the item then I could extend it or pick it up during regular business hours. Rude, Disrespectful and Totally Unprofessional. I suggest that you go do your business somewhere else.

Rude service, long lines, high prices, I usually love my experience at value pawn but this one was not what I was expecting, try the one further east up Oakland park, way better experience!
