Don't come here in a hurry. Don't need anything from a high shelf. Only place I was told the customer has to get it themself.

Took 2-2.5 hours for a basic oil change and tire rotation. Wasted basically half my day waiting here. I got impatient and walked outside to see the 2 workers just talking around my car. 

Very unprofessional. Definitely gave off the vibe that they want to do as little work as possible. Lazy workers. Don't go here. 

Edit: 2 hours in and I just came outside to them raising my car for the oil change. It took 2 HOURS to rotate my tires.

How it takes 4 HOURS for a New Battery install and a Tire Rotation and Balance...
 I have no idea.....this is a 45min job max!I know cause i used to work at a WM tire and lube... 
There were NO cars in the bays when I got here and they still took 45 min before they even started on my truck. To top it off they somehow lost 2 of my center caps on my truck  ($100 bucks to replace)...Its seriously like they invent ways of takeing forever to do very simple service....
