Awesome customer service! I see they finally got rid of that horrible lady who was rude all the time! Very affordable, you get what you pay for. Stove top, microwave & regular fridge! But the front desk ladies Rebecca & Melinda are so helpful! Everytime I'm in the area I will be staying here. Will recommend to all my friends and family from Wisconsin.

Called 3 times and was told the room would be $45.18 for the night and I could pay with a credit card on the phone with them or pay cash at the Hotel. Wanted to pay cash instead at the hotel so I get to the hotel and the women told me the room would be $67 a night. I told her I just got done talking with reservation agent in the phone and was told $45.18. Hotel clerk said sorry we don't have those rooms available. I walk and call reservation agent again for the 4th time and said they would call them directly for me and get me that price of $45.18. The agent says you're all set and to go back to the hotel and they should honor that price so I go back and the clerk says yes they just called and we'll honor the price......... Lol the clerk says OK its going to be $67.......are you freaking kidding me?!  Waist of time!!

They charge you fore you're linnins if they get dirty stayed a week and got charged fee of 300.00 the linnins(sheats)

Ugly place bed are ugly front desk  people are rude  and it smells ugly towels  look dirty  and it says free WiFi and they charge  10$ no curtains on the windows  ulgy ugly

Rooms are nice and big, Staying in room 213 and my kids are getting really bad bites of something. Hoping its not bedbugs..
