I'm rating this place a 2 due to the rules that management need to really work on I've been attending this place for awhile but as of today you be sure will be my last I know it won't make a difference losing one client 
I strongly believe they need to work on the forming of the line to pay for your bingo u have women waiting in line for 30 mins or more for it to open all of a sudden the people that are walking in at 6pm seem to form another line and jump the women who were waiting that's very unfair for them and management just says there is two lines 😂 that's when arguments start with one another and word had it that this bingo hall at night was filled with drama. And it came from an employee and they were right!!! And people who seem to go there often feel as if they own the place and feel like they can walk all over everyone. Good Luck to all who start going to this place.

Hall was nice and spacious. The front desk seller was rude and didn't help us when we had questions. We're regular bingo players everywhere we go but all the people there were in a bad mood. Even the ladies in the food sales. Not going back there, that's for sure.

The staff has changed and is much better now. You can see that those that frequent the bingo are like family. What to understand:

1- It is customary to tip workers when you win
2- At least in this bingo, no one is trying to cheat you. They're human and make mistakes.
3- The State of Texas charges 5% taxes.

That said, those errors can mean that the floor worker could end up paying for said mistake and good bye tips. Also, the pay out is after taxes are withheld. If anyone is keeping money, it's the State. Calculated like this
PRICE x 0.95 = Payout
So, 500 x 0.95 = $475
