This is my first bad review on Google. Will Never shop at Van Boxtel RV again.  Staff was pleasant until after the sale.  After the sale, was treated horrible and pushed out the door.  They sold the grill that came with my used RV to someone else, and acted upset that I wanted a grill.   Only because I called the saleswoman, they gave me a cheaper old used grill with no bracket or stand, so it was useless. They were supposed to clean the unit, and cleaned Nothing.  There was still mold all over the top of the unit.  I asked the parts department salesman a question and he turned to my husband and answered MY question, because he obviously didn't talk to women.  I waited two weeks to write this review so that I could cool down before posting.  I will never buy there again

Very happy with my service didn't like the refrigerator in first camper I was purchased changed my mind this morning on a different one and they they made it happen for me .

Excellent service from service department.  They located the problem and fixed it in a timely manner.  Still looking for a trifold couch to replace fold out love seat that is large enough for small children.  68" wide x 48" long when open.

Always helpful and friendly.  Liked the store and were allowed to browse without someone on your case.  Camping world could take lessons from this company!

Recently needed some help with some camper parts and repairs. Parts department never returned my call, receptionist for the front desk was extremely rude and very unhelpful, transferred me to parts and they still didn't answer! Thankfully some else answered the phone and gave me recommendation to go elsewhere to help with my repair.
