I moved from Bloomfield to Secaucus on 2/1/18. Alex and his partner (sorry, I don't recall his name) were great!! The customer service and feedback from David was also exceptional! If you're looking for small talk from your movers these two are not for you. BUT, if you want a job efficiently and professionally done then I'd highly recommend Van Express. They were on time. In fact, they showed up an hour early and were patient while I retrieved and returned documents from the leasing office to conclude my stay there. Alex, in particular were extremely helpful and courteous. Great job by them.

Good service, very nice and polite team of service. Everything went just perfect with my moving. Would definitely recommend them and try them again for my future moving.

Pleasant when they took the reservation, which i understood to be clear for a two bedroom, three floor house. A 24 ft truck was recommended.  Instead received 2 hours past start of window time with a pickup truck trailor.  Apparently a mixup and not sure why? Their solution "you will need to reschedule".  I did, with someone else.

I have moved way to many times and have used several moving companies but always being somewhat dissapointed. So again I asked friends for recommendations, looked on Yelp for reviews, you name it. Finally via a friend's recommendations I decided to hire Van Express and I can say my search is over. I will absolutely  use them again in the future. Scheduling my move was very easy. They arrived to my apartment on time. They were efficient and moved my things quicker than I've ever experienced. They helped me put my furniture where I wanted it. They put my bed together. They didn't break or scratch anything. And the best thing about it all, they were all very happy and easy to get along with.

I would give zero stars if I could. These guys are the worst. They quoted us at $600 and the job ended up being double. They were 3 hours late for the start of the job, demanded payment before the job was finished (after loading) and then asked for a tip at the end. Amateurs ad borderline scam artists. Be smart and hire someone else.
