We have used this group now twice.  We moved from FL to NJ in 2005 and now NJ to Texas in 2017.  They were amazing!  All of our stuff arrived in tact and most importantly when they unloaded the truck, they had an easy system to track all the boxes from each room to help relocate them to their new space.  Finally, the movers took great care of our stuff, were very friendly and extremely accommodating throughout the process.  Highly recommend!!

Super job! Suddath moved all our stuff from our large house into storage units in December 2015. They arrived very timely and called before arriving. All went smoothly, without a hitch. Movers were all courteous. The move was scheduled for 2 days and it took 1 and 1/2. I had rented the largest unit and they told me another would be needed and what size. It fit exactly in, without wasted space. The estimate was reasonable and we paid exactly that, with no surprise charges. Nicely they wrapped our furniture with blankets very well, and we are confident it's doing well in storage. We are using them for our final move in May from storage to new house, so more to come!

Second time I've used Suddath. They keep to their estimates, which are always VERY fair and well priced. No financial surprises. They have a team of specialists at the ready to help with moving glitches (they brought an electrician to remove a chandelier I was taking with me; another time my sofa wouldn't fit thru the door and they arranged someone to disassemble and reassemble it). Their moving guys are always professional, hard working and go above and beyond. They get the job done smoothly, with a great attitude. I will only use them again in the future.

If I could give less than one star, I would. I was told that Suddath was actual movers by their reservations rep, only to find out that they contract out their jobs. I was told that because my apartment was on the 2floor, it was included, only to find out it's only 8 steps. Anything over is extra charge. I've never lived anywhere that had 8 steps to the 2floor when I called to speak with there rep, he didn't care (although he seemed so attentive prior to making my reservation) and told me if I had complained he couldn't do anything about it. 

Several of our boxes were totally messed up. One of worst moving companies! I should have used different moving company.
