When purchasing a new mobile home from Clayton Homes, Our sales rep suggested Vanderbilt. Once the application was submitted, the Vanderbilt staff contacted us and walked us through the entire process. They did follow up calls with details and to make sure we were happy with the progress of our loan. These great people went above and beyond anything my wife and I ever expected. They even worked with us and made suggestions to help keep us within our budget. Not once did they try to sell us something that we could afford. After the loan was finalized and we had moved in, a representative called and did another follow up to make sure everything went OK. We will highly recommend Vanderbilt in the future. I would like to thank Lora Singleton for making my experience with Vanderbilt easy & pleasant . She kept me informed of each step of the process with my loan. She was professional & a pleasure to communicate with. In my previous home buying experience she has by far been the best person I've dealt with. Vanderbilt should be proud of having an employee with her extreme dedication to doing a job well done. I will be telling everyone how great your company is & to personally ask for Lora. My sister and I have been dealing with the billing accounts folks at Vanderbilt for several years and we love them dearly. Our current account specialists are Shyla and Saundra and anyone who deals with either of them is very lucky indeed. Every exchange with them is pleasant no matter what the circumstances. If for some reason we are not able to make the payment for our home on the due date they are always ready to help and make accommodations for us. Dealing with them in an honest and straightforward manner has resulted in the same considerations form them. We are happy to talk to them every month and we believe the sentiment is reciprocal.

Jaime Simon...is absolutely the best!!! While I was losing hope... And maybe even a little patience, she was so patient with me!!! I don't know If I could have gotten through this process without her!!! She never complained about the 109 times I called...lol...she was absolutely a God send!!! We are so blessed and so happy she was with us on our journey of buying our own home!!! Thank you Jaime....you rock!!!!! My new friend.. I'll keep in touch!!!

I like to write about Vanderbilt Mortgage representative Tracy Barnes. She is always courteous and helpful. Tracy even takes the time to address specific questions I have had. I hope Vanderbilt Mortgage has an Employee of the Month recognition because Tracy Barnes deserves the honor! I also like to acknowledge Customer Service Representative Jill Bentley for helping with my account and staying on the line and walking me step-by-step to address a payment inquiry. I must say your current employees (Tracy, Ruth, Justin, Mr. Johnson and Tracy) at Vanderbilt Mortgage are more courteous and professional than the past representatives I encountered over the phone 10 years ago. GREAT JOB!
