I live out of state, called and ordered for my sister’s BDay, was delivered beautifully and on time.  Abby who took the order was super helpful and accommodating.  I got a call after the delivery and they let me know it was delivered. Very happy customer! :

We had such a great experience with Vanilla Bake Shop. My in-laws wanted a cake that was similar to their wedding cake for their 50th anniversary. Mia was very helpful on the phone, helping us figure out the best way to get this cake made, given that our photos were very grainy. We were able to find a picture online of a cake we wanted the bakery to make, and they did a beautiful job reproducing it! We picked up the cake today, and Mia packaged it very nicely for us. We got to enjoy the cake this evening, and everyone couldn’t stop talking about how delicious it was. Thanks for helping make the occasion so special!

What a cute place! Amazing bakery! It’s been opened for 14 years so far and I’ve had only good experience every time because their desserts are excellent and employees are so nice and polite, incredible service !  great prices. Love their Key Lime pie, cup cakes   . There are also vegan options. They know what they are doing.

My first time using this wonderful bake shop.  They made a birthday cake that was divine!  I wish I could eat cake everyday.  We will be back!  And the chocolate strawberries, oh my

Helpful, friendly service. We ordered a variety of delicious wedding cake samples for pickup on a Saturday morning. They were running a bit behind and asked for a few extra minutes to put them together.  The selection of other baked goods looked amazing, and I got an Everything Cookie which was delicious and a drip coffee, which was well balanced and given to me for free as an apology for asking me to wait.  The products are tasty. The service was friendly. The prices are reasonable. I will definitely be back!

I bought several cupcakes 15 days ago and then today my son bought me two velvet cupcakes. What a surprise when I opened the box! The size of the cupcakes has been reduced by half, but not the price. Very disappointing.

We had the dulce de leche crunch cake for our wedding and it was absolutely delicious! The cake looked gorgeous too! I would absolutely recommend ordering from the Vanilla Bake Shop.

I used this bakery for the past few years to get my cherry tart for Thanksgiving. This year was extremely disappointing.  it looked and tasted like defrosted supermarket Pie. I also  ordered A pumpkin pie but received an apple pie instead so my guests at the table were very disappointed. I will not use this bakery ever again. Very disappointed after spending $71 receiving something it’s absolutely uneatable.

We visit the Vanilla Bake Shop every year in November when we drive down from San Francisco for our annual karate seminar in Santa Monica. When we bring other students, we also bring them, they LOVE every little dessert.
