Very bad service. I asked socks for 8.5 size. They give me 9.5. I opened it find they're too large. But they can't exchange or return because they opend. They give me the wrong thing first！if they do anything wrong they will tell you they can't do anything because that is the policy. Be careful whatever you will get from they! And the one told me she is the manager of the store was asking others question. Lie！！！

Nothing too flashy, decent customer service but to be honest I wouldn't knock them that much being that there looked to be only two employees running a busy store.

Great outlet and good selection of last year's shoes,  staff if knowledgeable and friendly

The assistant manager was very helpfull, she looked for shoes in our size in the back. If she could not find them, she brought out close alternatives.
