Bought a pair of $80 shoes that began to rip on the third day of completely mundane usage. Tried to exchange them and the clerk could not have been less helpful in his absolute refusal to provide any kind of positive customer service interaction. He became aggressive when I just wanted to abandon the shoes after being refused an exchange on the grounds that "the shoes had been worn." (of course the shoes had been worn!) Garbage products, garbage service, don't waste your time or money.
