WILL NEVER RETURN, WORST EXPERIENCE EVER. This is surprisingly one of the worst experiences I've had in any clothing store, like, ever. I was trying to find if they had a shirt in another size because it was placed on the wrong rack, so I stood in the "return" line next to the other registers. What I thought was a customer in line ahead of me was actually an employee talking to her coworker behind the counter, as I waited at LEAST 20 minutes standing there. Eventually the one in line went behind the counter to a register and helped the next person in line for purchase. I eventually passively said "hello" loudly to the girl behind the return section, and she asked if I needed help, and I neutrally stated yes, I'd been waiting for 20 minutes for a reason, to which she angrily replied that she wasn't clocked in and couldn't do anything about it. I stated my reason for waiting and she walked around and brought another coworker to assist me, who mentioned that it was their last shirt of that kind after wandering around for a while. For what reason a non clocked in employee was behind the counter wasting my time babbling about nothing to a coworker who wasn't yet clocked in is beyond my knowledge, as well as the fact that the employee that wasn't clocked on casually went behind a register to help the next customer purchasing clothes without consulting me, despite her and the non clocked in coworker both looking at me while I was patiently waiting in line. Just ridiculous, these employees should have a serious talking to. Also saw the employee who wasn't clocked in later by the fitting rooms and caught her name, it was Ashlie. Hope something is done about this, I seriously don't want to come back to this location.

Went here because I herd they had cute plus size clothes, wow BIG MISTAKES, THE STAFF WAS RUDE , TO BUSY CHATTING AMONGST EACH OTHER TO HELP, ME also can't shop rack to full can't even move things or look at things , on top of that the looks I got from there staff made me uncomfortable and I left , the store,went to torrid and spent 300.00 because you guys were rude ,, don't shop here.

Big store with a lot of choices. The quality is not great but prices are good.

Prices are competitive and the selection is ridiculous! The store is two stories and can get a little crowded. Go early to avoid the crowd and find every single style on the market!
