I dig the gym and pool. The pool is the main reason for my membership. It's hard to get a lane most of the time though and hard to get a work out because there are only 3 lanes and they are often taken up by people just floating around with pool noodles. Maybe when people sign up make them aware of the three lanes and if they aren't there to actually swim and work out Ogden has several great pools that provide open swims.

The staff at the Ogden location is not like your typical gym staff. They are very welcoming and kind no matter whether you're obese and just starting at the gym, a super fit gym model type, or anything in between. It is so nice and refreshing to be smiled at and watch everyone be friendly to the obese people who are trying and putting in the effort to change their lives. The day shift front desk guys especially are some of the nicest kids with the best customer service I've ever experienced. Thanks for being great and helping me and my family fell comfortable in the VASA gym environment. It is a great place to be!

Honestly I went in for a trial and the staff had a 'I'm better than you attitude.' At first they wanted to tell me I couldn't use their establishment without a membership. Even though I had a flyer for a free 3 trial day. Then after talking with three different people they established that I could use their establishment but my three days would have to be in a row.  Some of us that barley started working out do not go to the gym three days in a row. I was very disappointed that I was given such horrible customer service as this establishment has great amenities. Then afterwards they continued to text me and email multiple times a day with different prices and discounts to try and get me to sign up for a membership. Even as I was telling them to stop contacting me. Horrible customer service, horrible approach, and horrible follow up. I would rather walk around the block and do the daily 100 equipment free work out routine then to go to an establishment that no one is on the same page and they get to determine their own prices based on how many no's you give them.

If your nervous about going to the gym like I was then go see Rocky! He was the best and made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns and then instead of telling me what to do he showed me.  Thanks Rocky!

Vasa is the shadiest business I've ever been involved with as a consumer. I signed up for one thing and they've double charged me for over a year. When I brought the matter to their attention, they wouldn't take the blame that is clearly their employee's fault and wouldn't do anything to rectify the problem either! Every friend I talk to has had some sketchy things happen by going to this gym. The public deserves to know what they're getting into if they sign up with Vasa.
