Worst customer service ever!!! They will let you think you closed your account for 4 months then out of no where they charge you 160 dollars they proceed to tell you that you never closed your account!!! Literally the worst customer service I have ever had any place that provides customer service.  When you have a problem be prepared to be laughed at and not taken seriously.  All they want is your money not your happiness. Use at own risk  there is only a star cause I had no choice

Just canceled my membership and I will never be going back to Gold's gym ever again. I called them last week and asked them what I would need to do to cancel my gym membership and the employee told me I would just have to come in and sign a paper. When I signed up I asked them if I'd have any charges to cancel my account and they said no, as long as I stuck it out for three months at least and then came in and just canceled that whenever as long as I canceled it Before the 15th, when they bill you. I went in today, and the lady at the desk informed me that I would still have to pay my $30 membership because I didn't give them a 30 day notice. And then she pulled out a contract and had to underline it to show me. How many of your members actually keep their paperwork? You should really train your employees correctly and make sure they know the right information so you don't have a bunch of pissed off customers. This gym sucks

Went today. Had to search around for the cleaning spray and towel every time after using equipment. Saw at least 10 people in my first 30 minutes there just get up and walk away without cleaning the machine they just sweated on. Gross!!! And the guy at the counter tells me that it's ok, all gyms are this way and to just accept it. I'm really getting tired of having to wipe down their equipment before I can even use it. 
Gross. And the employees don't care.

Awesome place, been going there for a few months now and I have had no problems other than the parking can get crazy. I have never gone without a spot next to the building in the multi-level parking. I go between 2-3pm and it is mostly empty those times. The pool is always clean and the equipment is in excellent condition. The price is also very good and I didn't feel pressured at all to commit to anything. Awesome work Golds

Gold's is the best gym I've been to. I've never experienced any negativity from staff. The people on here who complain about the floors being crowded are only saying that because they go at the busiest times. I go in the mornings around 11 or 12 and the evenings around 7, and it's like I have the gym to myself. The equipment is great, and the atmosphere too. I've been lifting here for 3 years and never had a single problem. Keep up the great work Gold's 👍🏼
