Dr. Katrina made my sweet puppy very comfortable after he ate something he wasn’t supposed to. My dog means everything to me and she took the time to sit with me and break down his situation step by step and go through her process as well. Katrina and her staff are so personable — the nurses sat down on the floor with my pup and I while we were waiting so he’d be more comfortable and less nervous.  This is definitely the place you want to bring your pets!

The staff was kind and helpful. They got me in same day to see my injured cat. They talked about the estimated cost with me in advance and gave me time to call my husband and discuss it. All of my questions were answered comprehensively and patiently.  They stayed late to finish treatment and the bill was lower than expected.

Saff is constantly changing. Exams are not always through. Took my dog there today for ear infeation and vet did not clean  ear to remove wax out demonstrate how to use the medication then the doctor explained that when the hear starts to discharge wax build up to just wipe it out(for the ear that was infected that the doctor never cleaned).
 We were overcharged for nail trimming and counter person didn't know how to issue a credit .
I will take this compliant to corporate and will never use this place again. 
VERY DISSATISFIED!!!!!!!!

Best vet in the Tacoma area hands down. They also offer a military discount! Im not the kind that asks but if they graciously offer i will gladly accept.

First time walk in to ask questions about our new kittens we found under our house and the staff was outstanding. very friendly and full of information on how to care and treat our new family additions. Any time I would have a question or any concerns I would stop right in with our cats and they would help us out asap and make time for us that day. I recommend this vet to everyone with a pet they love.
