I am very disappointed in the service at this facility. I have a family member there currently. The staff/aides do not respond to assistance requests from the patients in a timely fashion and the administration staff stands around talking and joking amongst themselves rather over seeing other staff. The nurses are few and far between and are also complacent and actively avoid you if they know you have a request. There is one single cordless phone for the entire place for patients to use. When one calls, it is never available (i.e in use, your patient is sleeping, or phone is lost). However, once, I called the number on the cordless phone and a man picked it up and told me his name, thereby, telling me the room he was in if I had a patient roster, the way the staff should. Why were they not able to call it themselves and find it?! I have spent days unable to contact my family member because of these games. All of the staff should be fired and replaced. There are a lot of people that would be thankful to have a job!

DO NOT BRING YOUR LOVED ONE TO THIS FACILITY!!! I am currently a patient here and this morning alone have been waiting over 2.5 hours for my morning meds. This is not acceptable. I am filing a formal complaint against this place. People here are nice, but overall no.

There is a lady in there who has to call me at home so I can call the front desk to tell them to help her go to the bathroom. I have to call more than once to get them to help her. She's in room 100 -- not off the beaten path.

TV sucks and the Phone system - and what my family member said it takes so long for any request to be filled & Doctors few and far between seeing patience - place needs to be upgraded or closed.

The facility are full of nincompoops of nursing staff. They can barely speak in proper English. Majority of the CNA's there are abusive behind doors and they treated the residents like a piece of crap when working alone. Bad odor? The inspectors knew there was trouble as soon as they entered the nursing home. The lobby smelled of urine. In one room, they found a 97-year-old woman, lying in her own waste. She had severe bruises on her arm, foot and both legs that the staff could not immediately explain. Another resident had a bed sore larger than a golf ball and dripping blood. I'm still puzzled of why this facility are still open for service. Would I recommend them for my love ones? No.
