I needed a break from being with my daughter at the hospital, and hadn’t eaten in 24 hours. The cafeteria which is usually decent wasn’t good enough, I wanted a sandwich. Walking across the parking lot n there was a sign. The Ventura Sandwich Company! I ordered the Aztec Roast Beef sandwich and chit chatted with the counter guy, sorry forgot his name. It was a damn good sandwich!! The counter guy was very nice n kool! He asked if I liked clam chowder, I said I loved it! He returned with a free half a bowl sample, to my surprise, it was also very delicious! It was the perfect combo! Don’t be misguided by the outside, give it a shot! It’s a nice little shop with character. I will be back, and with friends!

I ordered turkey on sourdough and it was delicious. Good size sandwich that filled me right up. Service was friendly and quick. Recommended for a good quick bite.

legit sandwich shop. I would have have 5 stars if it had more deli style side options but other then that it was great. Really fast too.

Great tasting sandwiches. I had the Reuben sandwich and it was so delish. Loved it. My wife had the Turkey club and loved it. Parking is horrible. Small dining in area. Most people order and take it home.

We recently discovered this place and have been back a couple of times. They have nice selection of hot and cold sandwiches and salads... my husband has tried the turkey with avocado, the pastrami and hot roast beef. I've had the cold roast beef all three visits, but on different breads. Everything we've tried has been freshly prepared, tasty and service is fast. Their food is a little pricey, but you definitely get what you pay for. When we want a good deli sandwich again, Ventura Sandwich Company will get the call.
