There is nobody better in the business than Amy.  We were on a tight timeline trying to coordinate an out-of-state move and with Amy's expertise, the house sold in just two days over asking price.  She has expert knowledge of the area and the market, was extremely responsive and professional, and yet personable.  Her team member Patti provided timely and helpful information so we had absolutely everything we needed for a successful process.  We feel extremely fortunate to have worked with Amy and her team - they are hands down the very best.

I would HIGHLY recommend Amy for your real estate needs. She was amazing to work with during the entire process and really took the time to understand our needs. She was able to sell our home during a rough season for asking price and in 2 days!

"Amy taught us that one of the most important pieces of selling your home is to have it priced right to begin with, if you want to sell quickly you need someone who isn't going to blow smoke at you. Amy sold the home at LIST PRICE, in under a week. This protected our investment, and ensured we were getting the best return possible.

Not everyone is going to have a dream closing, or the most understanding buyers, or a flawless home to sell (there's a reason why they don't show that part of the process on HGTV). This means you need someone in your corner who will fight for your best interests while helping manage the stress that comes along with selling a home."

After (unsuccessfully) attempting to sell our house, my fiance and I felt a little frustrated with the home selling process. I talked to a friend about some of the problems we faced, and she recommended Amy. We are so glad she did! Amy impressed us from day one -- she knew the market, pricing, and even had suggestions (from the moment she walked in the door) of what we could do to sell our home faster. She works with someone who specializes in staging homes, so we were able to get help in that area too. Staging makes a huge difference! 

We had FOUR offers in one day thanks to Amy. After we accepted an offer, Amy updated us all the way until closing. She is great! Thank you, Amy!

I started the home buying process long before I was even sure if I was ready to buy my first home. I am so grateful that my realtor, Amy Siewe, was there with me through every step from the very beginning. I wasn’t sure what questions to ask or where to start, and Amy took time to sit down with me and present all of the information a new home buyer needs to know. Together, we made a wish list of my priorities, and Amy helped me set realistic expectations of amenities, timing, and budget – all huge factors in the final decision! 
	When the time came to begin looking at houses, I was amazed at how readily available Amy made herself to work around my very restrictive schedule. Amy made this process extremely simple, and she trained me in how to quickly search the listings by weeding out homes that didn’t fit my expectations and finding homes that had major potential. During tours, she would help me take off the “rose colored glasses” and bring me back down to earth. She would watch every reaction I made when touring a property, and on our first visit to one house in particular, Amy knew at the same moment that I realized it was my new home! 
	It has been over four years since Amy and I first sat down to talk about the home buying process, and I have lived happily in my new home for three years. I am even more in love with my home than I was the day we signed the paperwork and got the keys to move in. And while I know I will call this address home for many years, I look forward to the day I’m ready to start the process again because I know Amy will be there again through every step of the way.
