I have lived here since 2016, I have absolutely no issues! They're super sweet and understanding in the office. The property is quiet, and there's no much negatives. I would recommend this property to anyone!

It’s hard asf to move into these damn apartments I left my number I was told as soon as an apartment would open up they would call me of course they didn’t I called and asked and they told me one was available go to put my application in then boom it’s not there no more but they’ll call me as soon as another one open they say so I call and there’s one available I come do the application then I get a call saying the one that i won’t I might not be able to get but I can get the higher one but they’ll call me as soon as they know an hr later they call saying that I can get the one that I want I come in with the deposit witch was rent just for them to tell me yea it’s no longer available but the higher one is I been going around with these people for over A mth and I’m over it

Very nice and clean. Apts have alot of space for the money. Washer dryer is a plus. Staff is very friendly.

At first I loved living in this place, it was so cute and perfect for my husband and I. I loved the office staff and how quick they were to answer maintenance calls. But then they started doing weekly inspections and going inside my home. All my neighbors blamed me for a bad smell in the hallway and they would tell me to clean and not to cook with weird Mexican spices.... I wouldn't complain to the office when my house would smell like weed or cigarettes (I do not smoke) nor would I go knocking at their door to blame or point the finger at them. I have asthma so I was having attacks very often because of that smell. Rude 
 Second, I was dog sitting for a relative that went on vacation. Yes the dog damaged the carpet a little bit but WE ASKED if we had to pay a deposit and they said don't worry about it. Now I'm living in a different home and I get a bill for $500 for the damn carpet damage and supposedly the kitchen was not clean. I don't poop money so how the hell am I suppose to pay $500 for an unauthorized pet which they knew I was dog sitting and still have the nerve to tell me I didn't have to pay the pet deposit??!
