Theresa and her staff have gone out of their way to make us happy. I'm so grateful that they have taken such good care of us. We have been coming back here for 9 years. We will always come back.

Terrible. I called them to inquire about an order I was placing online. They answered the phone "hello" and I asked if it was the flower place, she responded with well yes but we are closed and hung up. I called back after checking their hours while they were open and they were completely clueless and rude on the phone. I let her know we were ordering a plant to be delivered to a doctor's office and the thank you we wanted to include was longer than the 200 characters I could enter online. She replied with "what in the world are you writing?!?" I explained it was a thank you to a doctor for saving someone's life. I told her the plant I was ordering and she replied with "I don't even think we have that!" I told her it was on the website and she said she has no clue what is on the website as Telefloral does their website and I can't email her the thank you as she doesn't know how to open the email. While I understand not everyone is computer savvy they really should have someone else answering the phone for customer service. I ended up just handing up as they were so terrible. Would not ever use. Not even sure how they are in business.

Incredibly rude, crude and mean on the phone. I was told everyday was Mothers Day and why order flowers for just Mother's Day. Short tempered and would not help me at all. I would not order flowers from this place if my life depended on it. I feel for the people of Verde Valley if this is all you have for a florist. Poor, poor, poor service.

The lady on the phone was pleasant and very helpful. I felt comfortable trusting the end product would turn out very nice.

Great service, maybe just a bit slow because the sweet lady at the counter doesn't get along with computers, but she made the order happen, and got me taken care of.
