Don't go here if something is wrong with your phone. They will attempt nothing and just tell you to call tech support after restarting it. Don't waste your time here, go to the verizon in independence, they are much more knowledgeable and willing to help instead of trying to go back to playing on their phone.

Great staff. They continue to help me after signing up and even help me replace my phone headache free. They know more about these smart phones than anyone arround. Thanks for the help.
