I went to Verizon because I cracked my screen. Every one of the employees that I encountered were very knowledgeable and so very helpful. I have always experienced great customer service and enjoy visiting Verizon. Not only the employees but the service is outstanding! Thank you Verizon!!!!

Jennifer was awesome! I was having issues upgrading my current line and was on the phone with Verizon corporate all day and once I came into the store Jennifer completely solved my headache within minutes. Thank you so much for the professional service you offered. You made our day!

Jennifer was the best cellular sales rep that I have ever worked with. She was so helpful and truly the most knowledgeable person in the industry. I would highly recommend working with her to anyone looking for new or existing service.

Went into add my mother-in-law and father-in-law to my plan. They were runing a promotion that they would pay off thier phones and contracts to sprint. Needless to say they lied. They never paid off the contract or phones, they ended up in collections and it messed up thier credit. And since this isn't an actual verison store, verison said there is nothing to be done. Multiple trips into the store to resolve this resulted in IDK. And they never got thier gift cards. I love verison and will now drive to league city to a real Verizon location for all my needs.
