A visit to this location is like stepping into a wealth of knowledge and experience.  After recently moving to Galveston I was in need of a cellular upgrade.  The staff here was more then accommodating.  Not only were they extremely knowledgeable, they didn't try to over sell me.  They offered me a compete solution for all of my wireless needs, and I couldn't be happier!

The staff especially Maria G. were helpful.  She helped us chose the right phones and plan to suit our budget and service needs.  These guys  rock.

Long wait times and a one customer representative in particular that would rather send you running around wasting your time than actually help you. A real shame one bad apple could have such a negative impact on a store.
