I have so much good to say I don't know where to start 😊 Jesus Morales was our salesman and I must say I was very impressed! He did everything he could do to help us get our bill fixed due to going over $60 on data! My phone was really messed up and he helped us get it to where I could trade in the old one and get new accessories for only like $20 out of pocket. He did educate me on the difference between the Newer I phone vs the one that is right before that one and did not pressure sale me on buying the more expensive one. He actually told me that for what I would be using it for I really didn't need the newest one. But the thing he did that actually touched my heart was gave my mom part of his lunch. You see she is a diabetic and hadn't had lunch yet therefore started feeling bad and so Jesus gave her his fresh peaches! 😊😊 I was going to simply walk next door to the gas station and grab her something but peaches were better for her than the junk food I would've bought. We bought a new iPhone with accessories as well as 2 new galaxy tablets (one with a case) and only came out of pocket like $80!!! You just can't beat that deal y'all! Then top it off with some of the best customer service I've ever seen and you can't go wrong! I highly recommend using this store for all of your Verizon wireless needs and most especially Jesus Morales! Thank you for such a pleasant experience!

Appreciated Chuck being patient and explaining all that surrounded my transaction today. Wish your company would give better discounts with my employer. Prices are too high. You need to lower costs. Still appreciate finding out about the ASUS phone.

The visit at Verizon in Brenham was great. Chuck was very helpful and knowledgeable. I recommend him for any help you may need. We left AT&T due to lack of coverage  at our home.

stars! After dealing with weeks of hassle with a new $800 phone not working properly, I found out this is not a real Verizon store, but a re-seller of Verizon going by the name of "Cellular Sells". Prices are much higher, and the help is poor. I then called Verizon directly, who was much more helpful, easier to deal with, and finally resolved my issue... The support team will probably comment on my post, as they have for others who gave a bad review, and give me a number to call to make it look they have good support to others reading this review. When, in reality, the only time I’m offered such a number to get a suppose-able resolution, is when I make a bad review of their business. They only care to help if they're making a commission (like when they sell you the phone for $200 more than Verizon charges) or if you're hurting their businesses reputation.
